They installed our new HVAC. Sounds like a dying cat when it’s running outside. Some kid came and said it’s fine and that’s how it’s supposed to sound. I’m surprised my neighbors haven’t filed a noise complaint. I would. Don’t recommend, because not a single HVAC I’ve heard sounds like this.

Had our 2nd major hvac system fail this Summer so we called another reputable hvac company along with Honest for a 2nd opinion and quote. 1st company opened the door to the attic and declared from the doorway that the whole system needed to be replaced b/c of a leaking coil (without ever actually touching the furnace). Honest came out, fully examined the compressor and the furnace, diagnosed exactly what had gone wrong (it was NOT a leaking coil), and thoroughly explained the issue, what needed to be replaced and why. They also took the time to explain all of our replacement options & provide a quote for multiple scenarios. They replaced our hvac system in a day, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and their prices were similar to other quotes we received. All of their techs were professional and friendly, and I won’t be calling anyone else in the future - only Honest!

One of our Platinum members for our AC maintenance plan called us because their air conditioning system was not working in Flower Mound, Tx.
